Enterprise Centre Network

Highland Opportunity Limited has opened the first of its network of Enterprise Centres. These centres are intended to offer low rental short term access to business space for young people starting out on the business property ladder.

The First such centre is at:

Kendal Crescent Industrial Estate
Alness
Easter Ross

There are five units available at Alness in the 12 to 16 sq. metre range, with rentals around £30 per week including business rates, heat, light and common services. There are disabled access and facilities.
