Your first step should be to complete our online growth action plan. Upon completion, you will be presented with a comprehensive, prioritised list of action points and recommended focus areas. One-to-one consultation with your local adviserYour adviser will use your growth action plan as a basis for discussion and will work with you on an ongoing basis towards achievement of your growth objectives. Sessions include e-commerce, business finance, customer care, employment law and managing employee relations. Specialist advice If you require more in-depth advice, perhaps about trends in a specific sector such as food and drink or tourism, or relating to a particular discipline such as marketing, IT or exporting, we can provide you with a specialist adviser who has the knowledge and expertise to add value to your business. Networking opportunities We will provide networking skills coaching, then you can put these skills into practise at one of our regular networking evenings, in order to broaden your business’ reach.
